Bruno Davoine was the initiator of the project. Graduating from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in 1983, he founded the company Symbiotic to produce and market peripherals (mass storage, backup devices, multiplexers, fibre-optic networking) for the Apple environment. In 1989, he sold the company to the Métrologie group. He was recruited by Adobe Systems in 1991 to create and lead the publisher's French subsidiary. His career with Adobe led him to the company's head office in California in 1999 as Vice President of Global Sales. In 2002, he returned to Europe as chief executive of the French subsidiary of telecoms operator Cable & Wireless. He was also appointed Vice President Europe of the Key Accounts division. In 2005, he founded Tahoe sas to purchase two companies in the construction sector via a LBO. He sold the companies in 2010 and joined Tagsys (RFID) in 2011 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He left Tagsys in 2013 to found Davtec, a sales and marketing consultancy. Bruno Davoine is a serial entrepreneur fascinated by the impact of new technology on society's evolution.

Didier Elbaz began his career as an R&D engineer at Gemplus in 1992. Here he acquired his spirit of initiative and innovation, not to mention wide experience in managing complex projects. Thanks to his many successes and registered patents, he developed technologies that are still used today by most major chip manufacturers. He deployed these technologies and production lines at all the Gemplus sites across the world. In 2002, he decided to found a new company, SPS (Smart Packaging Solutions), with friends in Rousset (Bouches-du-Rhône) to develop and manufacture innovative products in the field of security. Responsible for operations, he started and scaled up a production line able to manufacture over 100 million units with lower costs and performance that exceeded initial expectations. The company was bought by Imprimerie Nationale in 2014. He joined Tagsys in 2008 as Vice President Quality & Technical Support. With his strong experience in optimising operational flows, he took charge of industrialisation and production, forging a strong network of major suppliers across the world. This enabled Tagsys to become a "fabless" company, optimising its human and financial resources and increasing its competitiveness. A member of the QHSE masters jury at CESI, he retains a sharp eye for notions of quality, and even more importantly for compliance with safety and environmental standards.
